Private Dinners
There is nothing better than experiencing a restaurant-quality meal in the comfort of your home or event space. All menus are original and created individually for the client depending on location, dietary preferences, and event details. I offer plated five course meals or family style service for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Transportation fees will be charged additionally. Servers can be provided for an additional fee. The number of servers are based on your party size and specific needs. Rental relationships are established and can be arranged for reimbursement. Gratuity is not included, but is always appreciated. 20% is the industry standard.
Cocktail Parties
Looking to have a cocktail party for a larger group but don’t want to have a sit down dinner? I create menus of delicious bite-sized hors d’oeuvres that require no more than a napkin. All menus are original and created individually for the client depending on location, dietary preferences, and event details. Canapé service pricing varies greatly depending on group size. On-site chef service, servers, rentals, bar set up are additional itemized add-ons.
Private Chef
Take me with you! Or enjoy the benefits of experiencing a more regular meal service with me. For smaller parties, cooking lessons, and meal delivery service I have an hourly rate plus the cost of ingredients and transportation. If you would like to bring me along with your family or friends on a trip, I charge a daily or weekly rate depending on the scope of work. This rate will vary depending on the size of the group, number of meals provided per day, location logistics, etc. Travel, transportation, and stay would be covered additionally by the client.
